Sports Bar & Restaurant Orlando Kirkman

We ordered from this restaurant like we have on several occasions where everything has been absolutely phenomenal. However on this particular day we ordered through Uber Eats. My fiance who is also in the restaurant business got home very tired and late and neither one of us wanted to go out and pick up the order.

Our order arrived 45 minutes later than the time that the driver had picked up the food. Needless to say it was Stone Cold by the way we ordered the Miller size nachos I believe they're called amazing great value. Anyway we are obviously work extremely upset we were hungry tired and the least thing we wanted to deal with this.
I called the restaurant spoke to one of the managers Javier who was very apologetic and determined to make it right.
He was very professional courteous and understanding. Now I understand that we received our food through a third party vendor Uber Eats so normally a restaurant will tell you you have to take it up with Uber Eats. Not on Javier's watch!
Apologized offered to make our meal over the only inconvenience was but now we had to go pick it up which of course is not his fault. When we arrived we were our food was ready for us. Not only that they let us keep the one that had been delivered prior. Javier was just so friendly and accommodating that it turned her night around. I have also dealt with Matt the other manager, who is just as amazing a manager as Javier. It is so so nice to see these managers care so much about their restaurant and their clientele that no matter where I am in Orlando this is the only ale house I'll go to. Now so you understand this Miller's Ale House is right in front of Universal Studios. Their clientele obviously is a lot of tourists like the rest of the restaurants around here. The difference between their restaurant and the rest is that the mindset of the other restaurants is who cares we're never going to see them again. Matt and Javier make sure that the standards of their restaurant and food is sure to make you a fan. I could go on and on but the point is that these two managers are the bomb. So stop now because I'm hungry and I'm about to order you guessed it, my Miller's size chicken nachos again. Thank you

Good atmosphere and good prices. Service was perfect. Kind of busy area, maybe difficult with parking on Saturday evening.

Nicole was very attentive even though I watched a table with a lot of guest giving her a hard time. Was hoping a supervisor visited my table so I could praise her but no supervisor came my way.
I had a apple pear martini that was delicious Nicole recommended the lemon drop martini that was so delicious that I had 2 my cheese sticks where hot and fresh normally when I come they're cold or missing cheese.
All in all it was a great experience I will return to request Nicole again very soon

Kaleigh our server was awsome. Wicked friendly, informative, accommodating and remembered all the specials which was pretty amazing.

Sempre que vou ao Miller's sou bem atendido, o cardápio é variado e sempre acerto nas opções.
Atendimento excelente e preço justo e sem falar com o diferencial da cozinha, que fecha bem mais tarde.
