This has become our regular weekly place for dinner. The food is always great and the service is even better. Quite a few members of the staff have essentially become friends. It's amazing that they've kept so many employees consistently and the food always looks and tastes exactly like it seems on the menu. Great job by management keeping this place running as well as it does consistently ever since opening.

We love coming to this place, especially when Maria, one of the managers, is here because she is so pleasant. Her service is great, she's always on top of everything, and if there’s anything wrong with the food, she takes care of it herself. Alex the waiter and Brandon the bartender are wonderful—excellent service from them! I'm leaving a picture of the wings Maria makes with her own recipe; they are spectacular

I had a great experience thanks to Ruby! She was working the pickup area, and even though it was late and the restaurant was about to close, she was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She never made me feel rushed and provided excellent customer service with a smile.

I’ve been visiting this Ale House since it opened. When I initially started visiting this Ale House everyone had always been engaging, enthusiastic, very warm, attentive and hospitable. As I have gotten to know everyone , they have pretty much become family. I’ve been through a really rough divorce as my birthday approached. My go to was Ale House to at least spend my day around people I know. Well unbeknownst to me Lorenzo summoned Maria(mgr) and they along most servers gave me one of the most memorable birthday gifts I can ever remember, a cake and a birthday song in the loneliest of times. Brandon the bomb.com, Chezka, Alan, Lex, Ashley the GM, Lauren, and everyone else I didn’t mention. Everyone has always been absolutely wonderful. There are many choices in food, but an atmosphere such as this is especial and extremely hard to come by. Thanks Millers for always making me feel at home.

I come here all the time with my granddaughter, and we sit at the bar while watching the world cup games. Our server Brandon is very attentive, and each time we come in he remembers our drink order. I would definitely recommend coming to Miller's Ale House in Haines City. :)
