Lunch Specials in Davenport – Haines City That Deliver Every Time

We had lunch at this location and boy was it busy for a Wednesday!! We went and sat at the outside bar, which was also very busy and packed, but our server Sterlin was crushing it! He had the entire bar, plus 2 big parties of 8 and got our order in time, was prompt with refilling our drinks, and didn’t even write down our order and memorized it. We like this place, but the service we got from Sterlin made it better! We will definitely be back soon! Hopefully it slows down in a little for him haha

We had a wonderful experience at Ale House FOR LUNCH! Ryan provided excellent service and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. HE INFORMED US OF ALL THE SPECIALS. He was friendly, attentive, professional, and made us feel welcome. It's always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about the customer's experience. Ryan did an outstanding job, and we truly appreciate his hospitality. He deserves recognition for his excellent service. We will definitely be back! GO HURRICANES

Family lunch with 20 people, kids and adults, went perfectly. Lou was our server and he was a seasoned pro. Timing of drinks, apps, and entrees was on point. The manager, Morgan, came out and talked with us and made sure we were happy, which we were. The restaurant was VERY clean and the vibe from the employees was excellent. Well, done, team! We spent $330 and tipped 30%. It was Halloween and we were in a great mood! Thanks, Ale House!

Fish and chips were very good.. Great lunch specials! Great service!

Came in for lunch today and had a wonderful experience. Our Mimi’s bowl and Salmon we delicious. Katie was a great server! We will definitely be back to see her.

I first came to a Miller’s about 30 years ago when I was driving from FLL (Fort Lauderdale Airport) to Miami and was in that area along I95 and stopped in for lunch. I recall falling in love with their Buffalo Shrimp and since I used to visit that area a few times a year, I went there each time. I’ve been to this location a few times over the years as well, but it’s been about 8 years since I was last here until this past week when I went with colleagues. We sat on the patio and Courtney was our server. She was GREAT, very helpful and friendly. They have a large menu here which is loaded with all the “pub food” favs, but also many entrées and everything looks really good. We tried several things from the menu on this visit and everything, except the giant pretzel were amazing and excellent! The giant pretzel was hard, not warm, and kinda stale. A fav for everyone was the zingers, which are chicken tenders. They’re truly made from tender, moist breast strips and the breading and preparation were outstanding! We first got them in a large plate with fries on top, then I ordered them as Buffalo style – I ordered 4 orders (2 x Buffalo & 2 x BBQ) and as soon as they hit the table, they were all gone! So, we ordered another round – These were a hit with everyone at the table. Since I used to love their Buffalo Shrimp, I ordered their Boom Boom Shrimp and the shrimp was perfect! It reminded me of the same batter, fry, texture of the shrimp I used to love. Their cocktails were also really good and save room for dessert… their Ghirardelli brownie was outstanding! I look forward to coming back to the area to come to another Miller’s… They always seem to be very nice!

George was our server and he was so kind, friendly, and great with my kiddo, I would come back just for his service. He absolutely went above and beyond for just a simple lunch. 10/10

10/30/26 Update: No hand towels in the handicap stall. This is our favorite lunch place, especially in Lady Lake. Other than the Captain Jack's Buried Treasure dessert, we encountered a great server, Destiny. She made the lunch experience fun.

Went for lunch and had a very good waiter named mahendra. He was very attentive to my needs.
