i give it 5 stars because its normally very good. i ordered a sweet tea and was given unsweetened tea and then our server brought an extra mr pibb????? where does a pibb come in to play?????? also, ordered a medium rare steak and im pretty sure there was a mooing cow on my plate. i also had to send that back to go on the grill for longer and it was still undercooked. shirley temples were very good. ill just stick to the zinger mountain melt that doesnt disappoint. WHERE DID THE PIBB COME FROM????

Just want to give a shout out to Miller's Ale House in Altamonte. My husband & I stopped for a burger & drinks this evening. Our waitress, Kelly, was phenomenal! Friendly, attentive, spot on & a great waitress. Food was great & the mojitos were perfect. Thank you for a great experience!

I had the pleasure of dining at Miller'sAleHouseinAltamonteSprings, and I must say, the service from Jason, Adrian and Jenn during the day shift was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic dining experience.
Jason was the bartender. He was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that did not disappoint. Adrian and Jenn ensured I was always taken care of, with drinks refilled promptly and every request handled with a smile. Their teamwork and dedication to great customer service truly made my visit memorable.
The food was delicious, but the outstanding service took my experience to the next level. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality these days, and this daytime crew deserve special recognition for their hard work and positive attitude.
