I have to say, I've gone to this location and have noticed this woman ( Shantie ) many times and how she interacts with the people she serves and it always made me think... Imagine if every server took this much pride in what they did and how they made the customers feel. When it comes to a restaurant you can go to any and many ... but its more about the experience to me. I can spend my money anywhere but why would I choose one restaurant over the one right next door ? Well this woman is the definition as to why... She made us feel as if we have known her for years. Her smile..her service and attention to detail went above and beyond what I see from this new generation where they all huddle up in the corner and look at their cellphones while the manager isn't watching. If it was up to me I would promote this woman to management or corporate training because she definitely defines what customer service should look like. I even specifically asked the manager what days she works so I can put it in my phone for the next time so I can ask for her specially. After this experience and how much I go out to eat I'm not sure I would want any other server then her taking care of me. She was truly amazing and had us laughing and smiling the whole time. She asked us if we needed anything and if we were okay every time she walked by our table. I can't say enough about her level of service and how she takes pride in being a server. I felt an obligation to write this long review because people like Shantie need to be recognized in this era of bad service. Trust me, I eat out everyday and I've seen it all and that's why I felt a strong need to write this review. If your on the east side of Orlando and go to Waterford lakes alehouse from, " WEDNESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY " ask for "SHANTIE". Amazing lady and even more of an amazing server. Go by and ask for her you won't regret it. Be well my friends and stay hungry.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and had a wonderful experience. Karina provided excellent service with great kindness and attention to detail. Thank you for making this day even more special!

When I first walked in the door and locked eyes with Alex I knew she was the one. Her outgoing personality and smile made the meal that much better. She also helped me win at tic tac toe so 10/10 service!

Went in for a quick fish and chips lunch. The food was very good as usual and I always seem to find friendly people to talk to, so lunch isn't always so quick, lololol.

Everything was great! Food was delish! The only thing was I was concerned that the floor was a little slippery perhaps from grease? (I used to work in the industry so I recognize it. )

Bri always knows what i want, Im a regular and she treats me like family. Love this place.

Been to many Ale House but never had such a great experience, she made me feel like we’ve known each other for life! Super attentive, none of the drinks went empty! I wish I could always have servers like Shantie! Will definitely be back.

Very nice time here today. My server Rhidi was exceptional! The ambience and food really sealed the deal. Will definitely come back :)
