What Our Customers are Saying

My husband and I wanted to treat our son with lunch. On the way there I had an episode and became shaky. Roger was our server. He was so kind and helped me so much. I ordered a chicken BLT but was worried that I couldn't eat the chicken. I needed something softer. He went to the kitchen and talked to the chef. They suggested mahi mahi as a replacement for the chicken. Oh my goodness! It was soooo good and so easy to eat. Thank you Roger for your patience and kindness today. I had a rough morning and you made it much better. Management, please give him a raise and please tell him how thankful we are.
Let me tell you about this hidden gem. Yes, Miller's is a chain but this one in North Lakeland is hidden off I4 and US Hwy 98. I've been here twice since they opened 2-3 years ago because I always forgot they were here. The first time was just a couple weeks ago when my sister and I decided to come here to watch football. Today, I came by myself. Both times the service was impeccable (first time with Caitlin, Kevin and Kaitlyn-yes 2 of them) today was Sherry. They made our experience a great one because they greeted us, made us feel welcome and went out their way to provide little things like turning on the fans or bringing extra sauces. Thank you guys. You made us want to come back.

Now, onto the food. The first time we visited, we had their pretzel and the zinger mountain melt. First, the pretzel is big enough for 3 people and their honey mustard they pair with it, all I can say is OMG.... Amazing. The zinger mountain melt was big enough (after the pretzel) to share. Zingers tossed in your choice of sauce atop a mountain of loaded fries. Yummy.... Oh and we had a bucket of Nutrls for $20. Now for tonight, I ordered the pretzel taking half home. It's Wednesday so wings are $1 each in multiples of 12 (a $7 savings). I got mild as I don't like spicy but they have at least a dozen flavors to choose from. They were perfect. Crispy and moist and the sauce was good not to spicy for me. I also had a sangria and almost finished it in two swigs because it was so good. I know I sound like I work for them for leaving this review but I don't. I'm just a customer who fell in love with their service and food. Too full for dessert so no reviews on that....... This time. So if you live in Lakeland or traveling on I4 make sure to take the 98 exit (exit 30, I believe) and give THIS Miller's a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
Good food, friendly staff
Great burger
Loved the boom boom shrimp 🍤
This place has really turned around. We had a few bumpy moments when it first opened, but recently it has been outstanding. Amaya was our server tonight and she was such a professional. Great attitude and took exceptional care of us...super friendly and knowledgeable. The food was hot and delicious, and cooked perfectly. We're very happy with this Miller's location and recommend it!

Great service. All food was served as ordered.
went for my 1 hr lunch break. at 1 hr and 5 min I got my wings, had to get a Togo bag for my whole order ended up tossing in trash. Manger Rufus no where to be found, he is of no help to the staff and this is not the first event. when other manger are their this never happens. I would love to know how he got this job because he is just not the right person. He is slow, never helps the staff. and today he wasted my 40 dollars. This is coming from a loyal customer,
