Customer service is out of this world. Thanks to Hanna and Briana!!!!! Took a while to find the spicy sprite but they didn’t stop trying🤩. Dietary restrictions were accommodated and Hanna made great suggestions and substitutions for our food, even at midnight 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. When in Orlando please go visit!😊

I want to thank Cooper, the manager and the hostesses on staff tonight. We asked to be seated in the outside area since it was warmer and they were able to accommodate, we had a bit of an unpleasant experience with our first waitress but the manager was lovely and was very accommodating and we got Cooper as our waiter. He was wonderful, he took great care of us and turned our night around. So thank you to Cooper and the manager on staff today. PS he recommended the pork osobucco and it was amazingly tender, the food was very delicious and their drinks too.

Perfect casual dinner thanks to our hostess Aniya and our server Matt. Aniya was sincerely friendly and helpful as we selected our seating. Matt provided all around exceptional service with great timing and intuition. Food and beverages arrived quickly, orders were accurate (extra sauces accommodated with no issue) — enjoyed the chicken tenders and cold beer. Thank you also to Natalie for her kind help.

My wife and I came in for a date night and to watch some sports. We ordered wings and the loaded nachos and WOW, the wings were soooo good and the nachos were piled high and tasty. The bartender was Jessica and she made us some fabulous drinks to go with our great food. Thanks for being great.

My family and I were there Friday September 4. Carrie was our server. She helped accommodate my son in a wheelchair, my wife with her walker and our 1.5 year old grandson and the rest of us. How Amazing she is!! Her Awesomeness is overwhelming!! Great attention to detail, food was amazing, atmosphere amazing!! I just can’t say enough about her and the incredible work she did and the whole staff did not only for us but watching all of them take care of others around us was amazing!! We live in Port Richey and you are our new meeting place to visit with our family as it is the halfway point in our travels. Great job Carrie and those whom you work with on doing such an amazing job and continued success to the Ale House. See you very soon, Joe and family!!

Updated 09/2026. Ask for Melissa and try the French Dip! Delicious. The food was fast and hot. The place was clean and the atmosphere was positive. Changed to star and definitely coming back! I've been here a few times. The food is usually pretty good and the servers are good too. Make sure you're not in a hurry. The food takes a little while to come out so plan to relax. If I could recommend improvements, they would be for cleanliness. The tables and seats aren't cleaned off well and the paper towels are always sitting off the roll on the wet sink in the restrooms. Toilets are dirty or not flushed (automatic flushers). This time there were buckets in the dining area catching moisture for a/c units I guess. It feels like the restaurant is financially on the edge of closing. I hope not. The location, staff and menu and seem to a good mix. Thank you, Miller's Ale House, for your response. I've filled out the feedback on your site as requested. I appreciate your follow-up.

Our Davenport location has some of the BEST servers who we have come to know; They make you feel like family. The minute we walked in the door they know who we are and remember what we drink it’s like walking into cheers without anybody yelling Norm. It’s our date night place!

I was in last night and wanted to say that they were able to accommodate our fantasy football draft. It was all made possible by the amazing service from our waitress, Kelsey, and the manager, Fredo. The food and drinks were amazing and delicious, and they made sure we were still able to have a great time throughout the evening.

Great food. Fast service. Bridgette was our server and was super pleasant. We just ordered an app to share and she was still just as helpful and attentive as if we both ordered meals. Great experience. Update. Service was great as always.
