This review isn’t even about the food. This one is about the service. I placed an order through Instacart for approximately $70+. Order was placed at 10:14ish PM. It was ready for pickup at 10:30ish. I’m watching my order progress. Driver goes to restaurant and appears to cancel it after they arrived at the restaurant. I wait. Another driver. Same thing. Driver 3 and 4 same thing. At this point it’s 11:30something-ish. I call the restaurant to see what’s up. Sarina answers and explains that not only was the order picked up by the first driver but every driver after said they would message the customer (Me) to tell me what had happened. They didn’t do that. Sarina asked if I wanted to speak to a manager. At this point, I figured it was a lost case because it is 15mins to close for the restaurant and I’m use to people passing the blame and getting the runaround. BUT! Bo answered the line. Not only did Bo explain the process of the ordering system from front to back to me but he also explained how these drivers are scamming them (the restaurant) and us (the customer). Then came what I wasn’t expecting. Options! In my favor! Miller’s didn’t have to do that. Bo could’ve said sorry ma’am and went on about his night. He didn’t do that. So we got our food, yes. But first we got some of the BEST customer service I received in a VERY long time. Thank you, Bo and Sarina and Miller’s Ale House. We appreciate it.
