I just wanted to let corporate know that you have a beyond great manager at this location... There was an service issue with staff and only did he address it he also ensured we were happy and thank us for coming... He even assisted my elderly father to the car and wished us a great... Alot times you dont hear about the good so I want you to know you have a gem in Thomas Collura!

I stopped by Miller’s Ale House in Kennesaw tonight and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Maya at the bar, and honestly, she completely elevated the entire experience. What stood out immediately was her attention to detail. She has this incredibly natural ability to anticipate what you need before you even have to ask for it. Whether it was noticing my drink getting low, checking in at the perfect moments, or simply making sure everything was flowing smoothly, the level of attentiveness was exceptional. But beyond great service, Maya has something that’s honestly rare. She carries herself with an incredible level of maturity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Conversations with her felt genuine, engaging, and effortless. She has a way of making someone feel welcomed and comfortable without ever making it feel forced or transactional. As someone who came in by themselves just looking to unwind and have a drink, that kind of atmosphere makes all the difference. Maya turned what could have been just another casual stop into an experience that was memorable, relaxing, and genuinely enjoyable. The last 5 times I being here the place has surpassed my expectations. Their special on wings all day Wednesday is a hit. Our waitress, Ms. Alexis, took great care of us. The sports bar setup is great to keep up with your team while enjoying the company of family or friends. The place has two main sides, a quieter side and a louder side (the bar). For good conversation we prefer the quieter side. While most of the time we get their wings, their Pork Osso Buco is a must. 😋 Note to self...the spyciness of the five pepper hot sauce is not consistent. The last visit the sauce kick me (In a good way). 😀

This was our first visit and arrived hungry. So between the hunger and the extensive menu we had the "I can't make up my mind" mindset going on. We immediately ordered the 8 piece mozzarella sticks. They were delicious. Everything on the menu sounded so good. The waitress suggested Mimi's fiesta bowl with chicken and shrimp. We ordered one of those and the Shrimp Scampi pasta bake. There was nothing left by the time we were finished. Good job Kaylee (our waitress) . We'll be definitely be back.

This has been the best restaurant on this trip to GA!!! Great service from the FOH to the server and Management have made this a great meal. Service was hands down very great and they took care of our big group! I’ll be back next trip for sure!!!
