The delightful cocktail, expertly paired with strawberry Titos wings featuring habanero mango and jerk sauces, was exceptionally flavorful. The hamburger, cooked to a perfect medium-well, was served with an assortment of fresh toppings including tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and accompanied by a side of remarkably juicy and appetizing fries. The chicken quesadillas were equally impressive, boasting savory flavors.

This was my husband and my first experience here. We don’t live in the Allentown area. We had a very positive experience, the service was excellent!
Bob was our server, he was very knowledgeable of the menu, offering us suggestions, we found him very attentive making sure all needs were met. We were introduced to the chef, and the manager on site and many others who checked on us.
We met Leo, Aaron, Miguel, Jordan, Zing, Nayah and Shianne.
Our appetizer was served piping hot and delicious, boneless wings with honey barbecue! Our fish and chips with fries were served just as we finished our appetizer. Timed perfectly! Delicious ! We also tried cocktails while there. A Long Island and a Margarita. Not only tasty but garnished very nicely! I’m all about presentation!
The menu here has so much to offer that we had to take 2 items home. The boom boom shrimp, and another boneless wings.
We 100% recommend this Miller’s Ale House on Airport Center Road.
Food, service and ambiance worked for us. A BIG bonus is how friendly everyone was!

Had a great experience at Miller’s Ale House! Jeremiah truly made the visit stand out. He was attentive, friendly, and brought such great energy to the table. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does — he took the time to walk us through the menu, made awesome suggestions, and made sure everything came out perfectly.

We were celebrating an early birthday, and he made the experience feel special and memorable. The manager also came over to check on us, which really showed how much the team cares. That level of attentiveness is clearly led from the front.

Service like that makes all the difference. If you go, definitely ask for Jeremiah — you won’t be disappointed! highly recommended

We came with a group of 24 people, and Mercedes was our server. The service was exceptional. We were seated fairly quick, our drink orders came and were done correctly, and our food was cooked to our liking. There was nothing bad to say. It was clean and the setting was beautiful. The manager, Victor, came out to make sure we were taken care of, and invited us back.

I was there the other day on Thursday with my church group 55 plus from Notre Dame Church in Bethlehem. We love it there! The food is excellent prices are reasonable and the staff is excellent. It is an excellent place to bring your family and you can watch sports on all of the TV sets or local news. It is also very much kid friendly and there is plenty of parking spaces and they do have wheelchair accessible entrances exits and parking. You'll have a great time there!
