I've eaten at a lot of restaurants, but it's rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do. Our server Carly made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She was kind, attentive, and had such a positive attitude that it made the whole experience even better. Carly stayed on top of everything, made great recommendations, and never let our drinks go empty. Even though they were busy, carly made us feel like we were their priority. You can tell she truly care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service. People like this are hard to find, and any restaurant would be lucky to have them. Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable we'll definitely be back because of Carly !

We always have a great experience at Miller's Ale House at the Wilkes-Barre location. The selection of appetizers, and food always a hit! The drinks are great! We have noticed things flow nicely when the Manager Jonathan E. is on. He is Excellent with the customers & his experienceshows. Chris & Ron as well always a pleasure. The wait staff and bartenders have always been polite. Never have had a negative experience always satisfied!

This was an absolutely beautiful experience. Kim, our bartender and server was exceptional and makes one hell of a martini! 5+ stars all around! Food- fabulous, restroom- fresh and clean.. did I mention the drinks? The Blackberry Bourbon Smash was friggen stellar. Would absolutely recommend this place, experience and service to anyone in or out the W-B area.

Tuesday Trivia at Miller's had a great time with family. Great food. Great drinks. Great service from Libby. We love getting together at Miller's, playing trivia, eating, drinking and socializing.

Solid go-to spot near Woodfield Mall if you want good food, cold drinks, and sports on every wall — 60+ TVs, so no bad seats for game day. We started with the pretzel and the Zingers, both hit the spot, and the boom boom shrimp was a nice surprise off the appetizer list. For mains, the steak and shrimp combo was cooked exactly right, and the prime rib (only served Thursdays and Sundays) is worth planning a visit around if you're a fan. Portions were generous and prices felt fair — the $5 house margaritas didn't hurt either. Service can vary a bit depending on how busy it gets, but on a good night the staff is attentive and personable — we lucked out with a server who kept things moving even with a packed house. Atmosphere is loud and lively, which fits the sports-bar vibe, though it's not the spot for a quiet dinner. Good value, reliable food, and a fun environment overall — solid pick for lunch, dinner, or catching a game.

Kevin was our server on July 4th, and even with the restaurant being extremely busy, he did an amazing job. He stayed friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without making us feel rushed. Our food came out great, our drinks stayed full, and he handled the holiday crowd like a pro. Excellent service—we’d definitely ask for Kevin again!

We had a wonderful dining experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Jackie! She was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and friendly from the moment we sat down. Even with the restaurant being busy, she made sure our drinks were filled, the food arrived hot and on time, and that we had everything we needed. Excellent service with a great attitude—we will definitely be asking for Jackie's section the next time we visit!
