The Best Affordable Date Night in Tallahassee

Excellent place to eat! The food is high quality, and the prices are very affordable for what you get. It's the perfect spot for a family meal or a date night. Definitely recommend.

⭐ Valentina Made Our Last Night in Florida Memorable We decided to eat here after spending 45 minutes stuck in traffic because of the World Cup watch parties. Since we weren't from the area, we had no idea what was happening and arrived a little stressed after the unexpected delay. When we walked into the restaurant, it was packed. The host let us know the wait for a table would be 45 minutes to an hour, but offered us the option of sitting on the patio instead. We took the patio and were seated almost immediately. About 10 minutes later, our server, Valentina, came over to introduce herself, and from that moment on, she completely turned our evening around. She was friendly, energetic, and genuinely fun to talk to. Since we were visiting Florida on vacation, she shared recommendations, explained why the area was so busy, and excitedly told us about the World Cup and how her team was advancing. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and before long, we had forgotten all about the stressful drive. When she realized our appetizers had somehow been skipped by the kitchen, she immediately looked into it, kept us updated, and made sure they were prepared right away. By then, our entrées had already arrived, and we told her not to worry about them. She insisted on making it right and had the appetizers removed from our bill. At the end of our meal, she thanked us for visiting and apologized that our last night in Florida had been so hectic, even though we assured her it really wasn't that bad. She even invited us to come back the next time we're in town. If you visit this restaurant, do yourself a favor and ask to sit in Valentina's section. She turned what could have been a frustrating evening into one of the highlights of our trip. And if you do have her as your server, make sure you leave her a great tip. She absolutely earned it.

This is an updated Review, in which I'm going from 1 star to Five. And to me, the reason I'm going to 5-stars is way more powerful than the reason I gave them a 1-star in the first place. I had feedback for this Ale House after an experience I had there in May, and not only did the team welcome the feedback, they embraced it, as well as me and my family. Thank you so much to Amy, the Manager there, one of her assistant managers Deion (a very pleasant, welcoming person), the General Manager (I believe his name was Doug), and our server Justin. Amy in particular, she was so professional, so open to feedback, as well as transparent in sharing some of her perspective and her experience as the manager there as they keep working to enhance the customer experience. What a great experience, all thanks to the team. The food and atmosphere are good. The team there, starting with Amy, is top notch. In today's world, there's nothing more important than feeling seen, heard and understood by the people running a business. Thank you.

Miller's able house is awesome. First off the place is huge, it's so big it needs two bars and this time I was here it was packed, like almost no room packed. It's decorated nice and it wouldn't be so packed if it sucked. Everything I've tried here is delicious, but there's something about the burgers they are exceptional. I think maybe my favorite around, but I'm still searching. The staff is good and nice, even with running around dealing with all those people. Totally worth the visit. I travel about 15 miles to go here and have done it many times even just for the takeout. Update: they've added a few new items to the menu, including a couple new burgers. All I have to say is, dammm their really good. Great job guys keep up the great work. See you soon

My wife and I absolutely love the Champions Gate location of Millers Ale House! The bartender Meredith is amazing and she gave incredible service! The drinks were phenomenal too! Best place for a chill date night or to catch a big game. Sit at the bar with Meredith!

Good servers, plenty of parking. A little dated but clean.

The service at this establishment is superb. The general manager, David Layman accommodated me after my Uber Eats Driver delivered another person’s food to me. Initially, I reached out to Uber Eats for a refund and they refused. I spent $43 on a salad and soup that I never received. I called this location, told them about the incorrect order I received and the Uber Eats refund refusal, and I spoke with David, the general manager. We set up a time for me to pick up the corrected order and he comped my meal for the inconvenience. I came to pick up my order at the time we agreed to and David came out to speak with me in person. He shook my hand, he was extremely professional, and I was blown away by his courtesy. This location can get my money any time! Thank you again to David Layman for your assistance regarding this inconvenient matter and making my unfortunate experience an even better one!

Not my first time here, this day my server Darion was so so awesome, very welcoming and down to earth, he checked on us often and we greatly appreciated his service, oh and the food was yummy too! Update: 6/15/26, Met up with a Friend for a quick bite Burger was good, cooked just the way I like it, Fries were good, but a little too salty, Boom Boom Shrimp, very good!
