Room at the bar - fast service - friendly bartender - cold beer in the bottle. No food tonight. Overall, a good time at Miller's Ale House.

So my wife’s order was incorrect but the the staff was amazing. The cook immediately took it back to correct. Waitress apologized and when another cook brought out the correct food he paid for my wife’s beer. The manager was fantastic. I told him we don’t see this kind of service much anymore. They owned their mistake, fixed the mistake and offered a solution without waiting for the customer to ask for one or until they got mad. Need more managers and staffs like theirs. Hats off Millers ale House at Champions Gate! We’ll be back soon.

Came down from Massachusetts the last few days to visit a buddy who relocated to Sarasota. Since Miller's was near my hotel went here for a late night cocktail. Bartender Sunshine was on duty, and she was AMAZING! Pleasant, professional and attentive, all the time busy meeting the needs of other patrons. Went again the next night and ordered food with my cocktail, and she demonstrated the same level of care. Just went tonight and Alysia was tending bar. Again, superb service! Wiped down the counter in a flash! Clearly explained what IPAs were available, all with a smile, and I had my beer in seconds. Both these young ladies delivered exceptional service and should be recognized. I was so impressed I brought my buddy here for lunch. Again, SUPERB service! Didn't catch our server's name, but clearly Miller's Ale House has a GREAT staff! Next time I'm down in Sarasota I will make sure to visit your Establishment again!
