I've eaten at Miller's Ale House twice, about six months apart, and both visits were consistently excellent. It's refreshing to find a restaurant that delivers the same quality food and friendly hospitality every time. The prime rib was tender, flavorful, and piled generously onto the roll, while the au jus was rich without being overly salty. If you've never been here before, I highly recommend starting with this sandwich. Pair it with the loaded fries—they're worth it. When I returned several months later, I decided to try something different and ordered a steak, while my son chose one of their burgers. Once again, everything was cooked exactly as ordered, served fresh, and tasted fantastic. It's always a good sign when a restaurant can deliver consistently across different menu items instead of relying on just one signature dish. Another thing that stood out was the hospitality. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout both visits. Great food, friendly service, and consistent quality have earned them a repeat customer. They are easily located right off I-81at exit 168, certainly a great stop if hungry and traveling. There is also a grocery store and several gas stations in the area.
