We love it here, great drinks, food and atmosphere!! Kid friendly and plenty of food where you'll take home leftovers. They accommodate bigger parties as well, which was nice! Our server seemed like she was new to serving. She would forget our silverware and drink orders and have to come back to confirm which soda we wanted. Other than that she was very sweet and got our food out to us quickly. We'll definitely be back

We came in with a party of 16 people (including children). We knew ahead of time this was asking a lot. We span three states’ worth of family, so it was important to us to be together while we could. While we could sense the initial stress on the staff, they still immediately jumped on the opportunity to accommodate us. They found a quick solution, sat us within 5 minutes of arrival, AND were so quick with our food orders. Our server, Alisha, was a rare gem!! She was friendly, energetic, timely, and seemingly passionate about her job. It’s refreshing to encounter such service! The manager checked in on us, made sure our experience was positive, and he exceeded our expectations throughout the entire experience. The two hosts, Christopher and Brandon, truly went above and beyond to get us seated together and ensure we had the best dining experience, all while seated together. It’s not often I have a 5/5 star experience. But we did here! The food was hot, the beer was cold, and the service was off the charts! Thanks so much guys! Each of you deserves a raise!

My 1st time at this Location and I must say it redeemed its Name! because the Annapolis location wasn't good at all. I met one of my Newest Fb friends here to meet & for Lunch!, the place was spacious , neat, the bathroom wasn't far! & I could read the sign!!. Our waitress was Jessica! (Ask for her!) she was nice, checked on our table frequently and she made me the most bomb cherry Coke from the bar!!. I ordered the Honey Bourbon Salmon with vegetable medley and cilantro rice! But you can swap whatever sides you like or premium for 1.99. My Friend got the Mimi's Fiesta Chicken & Shrimp bowl with creamy red chile sauce(soooo bomb). while the salmon & shrimp were flavorful Chef Analysis Alert!! .The honey bourbon sauce should've been a Thick glaze put on top instead of runny sauce so you can get the taste of everything in one bite with the sauce! instead of having to use a spoon & tip your plate just to get the sauce in your spoon to go with the salmon & shrimp you see it's just a thin puddle pour on the plate (although you can taste the bourbon that's all I'd change!) . Or serve it without that sauce and pair it with the red chile sauce (thick) it goes Very well too!! (I got some for my food ). The Zingers need salt & pepper on them once out of the fryer otherwise mentioned everything was seasoned well and really good!!.They have Lunch Specials starting at 7.99-10.00 time frame of 11:00am-4:00pm & daily specials Mon-Friday. This is a great place to watch the games as it's TVs everywhere and patio outside!, great for a simple chill date night or girls night out!. This location is also spacious and accommodating for wheelchair users all the way around, I'm definitely bringing my aunt!!. I'd return to try more especially the Nachos!! . I'm so glad I gave this spot another chance but different location!! Definitely recommend the Honey Bourbon Salmon it's absolutely delicious!!

2025 update. I had an issue from a previous visit with one server in particular and asked not to be seated with them. The manager overheard and came by to ask about why. She was very interested and understood my concerns. It was great to see this sort of proactive approach and genuine concern for the customer. We love Ale House and will continue to dine with them.

Such a great experience. The entire staff, host to waiter, were phenomenal, especially Alex the host who went above and beyond to accommodate a large group, and Paul our waiter. Food was outstanding with huge portions at reasonable costs. Would highly recommend!
