I have been to this restaurant a few times now. Each time the service has been fantastic. So fun and friendly and attentive. We went for dinner tonight and the food was so delicious! The atmosphere was fun. The employees act like they enjoy their job. You don't always see that these days. It was refreshing to see them smiling and having a good time at work. The server kept our drinks fresh and the food came out piping hot. We will be back again soon!

Very nice restaurant with reasonably priced food and super friendly service. Angelina was our server and she was sweet and attentive. Food was delicious. We had chips and queso for an appetizer which was delicious and fish and chips and the 35 shrimp plate that had a generous servings.

The service was actually really slow based on the number of people in the restaurant and what we ordered. A grilled chicken sandwich and chicken fingers and fries. All food was served very fresh and hot. My son got a sundae and it took 20 minutes

I had a great experience at this Miller’s Ale House location. The food was delicious, and our server, Colin, provided outstanding service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I also believe the manager stopped by our table to check on us, which was a very nice touch and showed how much they care about their guests. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive. I visit Ale House frequently, but I came to this location because I was far from the one I usually go to. I can honestly say this has been the best Ale House I’ve visited so far. Excellent food, exceptional service, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!

When you think of a restaurant directly outside Universal in tourist purgatory, on the weekend (no lunch specials), your wallet starts to cringe. We hit Miller’s and had a great experience. The staff, and our bartender Sterlin were great. They all enjoyed their jobs and eachother. They didn’t stand around talking, but stayed busy and had great banter with eachother and us. The manager was also extremely personable. Our food was great, cooked perfectly, and affordable. If you’re in the area, this is the place.
