Their wings are some of the best around—crispy, flavorful, and served with plenty of sauce options. The cheese fries are another standout, perfectly seasoned and generously topped. Up here in NJ from CT for a wedding, never heard of this place figured to give it a shot. Wife & I started with her mango-something mojito & I had a Bulliet Manhattan. Both very good. She ordered a loaded potato soup and I got a French onion soup. They were good & hot. Here’s the surprising thing, the owner approached and was super apologetic about the delay in getting us our soups (honestly I hadn’t noticed) and offered to take them off the bill! Then she ordered the “Zingers salad” which she said was good, I got the roast beef french dip which was excellent. Additionally the entire staff were VERY accommodating & attentive (not something we’re used to in CT) and the owner returned I think two more times to check on us and apologize about the soups again! My wife and I are “foodies” and keep an address book with restaurants & notes about the food & service. Definitely recommend this place, it’s a little loud (but not overly, easy to have a conversation) but it’s a sports pub….so expected. It was busy (Friday @ 6pm) so that being considered the service was excellent. The inside is very clean and I noticed that the servers will “team up” to bring all dinners out at the same time for larger parties. Very well run!
