Sean, the GM, reached out to me after hearing of my experience and quickly rectified the situation. Invited me back for a second chance and the food and service was excellent on my return to the restaurant. Nate, the bartender, was amazing and helped gain back my loyalty with his positive energy and customer service. Thank you Sean and Nate for the amazing recovery you and your team did when I came back to dine after a long day at work.
