Had a bad experience with the service and the food quality. As a patron for almost 5 years it was not the level of service ive enjoyed since being a patron here. Sean, the GM, reached out to me after hearing of my experience and quickly rectified the situation. Invited me back for a second chance and the food and service was excellent on my return to the restaurant. Nate, the bartender, was amazing and helped gain back my loyalty with his positive energy and customer service. Thank you Sean and Nate for the amazing recovery you and your team did when I came back to dine after a long day at work. Definitely gained my trust and loyalty with their kind words backed up by actions! Will continue to come back from now on.

Great food, great atmosphere and outstanding service. Marian is amazing she's the only reason why I come to this location. Amazing bartender and know how to make you feel welcome at the Ale House.
