This location is our “ go to” when we want to dine at Miller’s Ale House. It is definitely not the closest to our home but we have found it to be the most welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. We recently enjoyed a delicious dinner. I had the veggie burger and my husband had the nachos, Even though they have altered the offerings on the veggie burger, it works in my favor as I always requested what they no longer put on to be left off! It is the most delicious veggie burger I have found. My husband was not as fond with his nachos. He would have preferred beef to the chicken that came on them.
The quality of food is important when dining out, but the service is equally as important which can make or break a return visit. Ashley was our server and she was exceptional. She was personable, attentive and efficient. She is the model of what a good server should look like. We would definitely request her for our future visits. On our way out, I asked to talk with the manager to let her know how lucky the restaurant is to have a server like Ashley. Nadra, the manager on duty, was also excellent. She listened to me and confirmed she was aware that Ashley was very good. I appreciated her acknowledging my praise so I didn’t feel like it went on “deaf ears.” She, too, was an example of what a good manager should be like. Nadra was very personable and possessed people skills which seems to be lacking in many businesses today. I have no doubt had there been a problem, she would have been willing and happy up rectify it to endure us leaving happy. So often, managers have the opinion of “ Don’t come back if you aren’t happy” or simply don’t offer to do anything to make a bad situation better. I could tell that it was important for Nadra that she valued my feedback and was sincere in wanting our experience in her restaurant to be positive. The company is lucky to have 2 outstanding and dedicated employees.
