Thursday Lunch Specials at Miller’s Ale House

Upon entering, my server Hannah was both attentive and communicative despite how busy she was - hosting, running a giant to-go order to the front, and packing it up. She even kindly let me select my table anywhere in the whole well air-conditioned restaurant even if it wasn’t in her section, a nice, sturdy, clean, comfortable booth fitting up to six people by myself so I could watch one of my favorite NFL teams, after the Jaguars of course, on a Monday Night after a long hard day of work with very little time to eat. I tend to love Miller’s Ale House all across Florida and Jacksonville after years of working late nights in restaurants and love that they are still open even after my shifts have ended. Over the years my priorities have changed and though I no longer partake in the “Ale” part of Ale House, I’m glad I can find a healthy meal after a gym session or after work or on the way home. The steak was cooked to temperature and they had all the ingredients they needed for my sides. She was able to take my order right away and had all my needed sauces and utensils ready, as she let me run to my car to grab something I forgot, and my food arrived shortly after. Despite the upsetting loss of my team, the level of effort and professionalism she showed was the difference maker in my experience tonight. I was so used to inattentive bartenders and servers that are too busy closing or chatting to other tables or even each other that I ended up running late getting back to work midday even though it was down the street or increasingly too tired to drive home late at night, not being glued to her phone the whole time. She was not overly hovering allowing me to focus on my studies. My to go order to my family back home, though complicated, was accurately and considerately packed and timed according to the time of my leaving in order that it remain hot and cold in my separate temperature preserving bags, and was also cooked to temperature. The manager on duty, Sharron, runs a tight ship. Hannah’s professionalism and level of effort is a reflection of his leadership. I had even seen her running out to the parking lot to return an item left behind, just in time! You’ll catch me here driving past the two closer to my house to catch the NFL or during my break requesting Hannah’s section! Having recently received a blessing, she even kindly checked with me before financially expressing my gratitude as to her level of service. Honest and hard-working. Even considerate of her kitchen staff all wanting to go home.

We snuck up to Orlando to record some content and wanted to stop for dinner before heading back home. It was pretty late by the time we arrived, but thankfully, there was no wait! Our server, Aly, came over and was just so sweet! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. I got a draft beer, and we shared the nachos as an appetizer, and honestly, we had enough left over for lunch the next day! They were so fresh and loaded with all the good stuff. My steak was also delicious, so tender, fat free, and that you could tell it was cooked with love. I’m a hard judge when it comes to steak so I was impressed for the price. The manager, David, came over and we chatted for a bit. He was super nice and really added to the experience! Overall, I hate to admit that I enjoy this location more than my own! Shhhhh lol But if we’re ever headed back late at night, we’ll definitely have to stop by again. Even with it being so late, I had zero complaints, which is honestly the most impressive part! Great food, great service, and a really nice experience all around.

Had a very nice prime rib steak. Perfect. Good server.

I ordered a full meal for delivery. My meal was delivered very quickly and accurately. The ribeye steak was absolutely delicious.

Great place to meet, unwind from work, and even have a good selection for drinks the only reason the food wasn't a five was just cause it was okay not saying it was bad but for me if you ask have you want a burger or steak cook and can't deliver that is not 100% outside that will recommend this 100%

Food was great! Manager Alan and server, Logan, were warm, engaging, and provided excellent food to our table! My Mimi's Bowl was fab, fabulous, hubby's steak was deliciously moist!!

great steak but all of the entrees are huge. they are made for sharing.

Probably one of, if not the best steak I've eaten at a restaurant. Came out perfectly cooked. The Jalapeno margarita was amazing as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service from Ron! I want to give a huge shoutout to Ron, the manager, for going above and beyond to make our experience special. He took time out of his busy schedule to personally make our prime steak, and it was absolutely delicious! It’s not every day you see a manager step away from their responsibilities to make sure a customer gets exactly what they want. Ron’s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Thank you, Ron, for making our experience memorable! Your customer service definitely deserves recognition. We went to millers last Saturday for ou 25th wedding anniversary. Was not disappointed. Going back tonight, steak is a must
