Prime Rib Done Right, Only at a Miller’s Ale House Near You

My Husband and I were visiting from out of town and staying at the Big Canoe Cabins. Since it was his birthday, he wanted a great steak dinner and decided to try Miller’s Ale House—and we are so glad we did!

From the moment we walked through the door, the customer service was exceptional. The hostess greeted us warmly and asked if it was our first time visiting. When we said yes, she enthusiastically welcomed us and shared that the restaurant had something for everyone on the menu.

For dinner, I ordered the salmon with two sides, and my husband chose the 12-oz ribeye cooked medium. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right, with just enough butter to enhance the flavor. It was so good that you could easily want to order another one to take home!

Our waitress was fantastic—very attentive and always checking on us. She brought items we didn’t even realize we needed, which made our dining experience even better.

The manager also stopped by our table to check on our experience. During the conversation, we mentioned that we were both celebrating birthdays. Later in the evening, he remembered and surprised us with a complimentary order of donuts—something I had actually been planning to order anyway! It was the perfect ending to an already wonderful meal.

We ordered quite a bit of food and even had several take-out containers by the end of the night. Overall, the service, attention to detail, and hospitality truly made this a memorable experience.

We will definitely be returning to Miller’s Ale House the next time we visit the area for another cabin trip. Thank you to the entire team for such excellent customer service!

Manager was helping the servers bring out orders and asking if we needed anything. Waitress was very attentive. Ribeye steak and wings were great. Tried and much enjoyed the cheese fries.

This place has gone beyond my taste buds. The service was great friendly and swift. The food from app calamri(best I ever had) the steaks and shrimp were on point cooked to perfect selection. I will return when back in Orlando

Tonight was my first time eating at this Miller's ale House in Viera and we really enjoyed it. We got a corner booth way in the back of the bar and it was nice and easy to talk which is what we mainly wanted to do, we shared their Cobb salad which was really delicious having chicken and shrimp and my friend had a beer and I had iced tea and it was just a cozy little place with lots of people getting delicious food. Their menu looked really good. Next time I would like to try the zingers when I'm a little bit hungrier. There were many extremely delicious looking items on the menu. Their burgers looked huge. I also saw a steak that looked really delicious. It's just a nice, cozy, warm friendly place to have a meal. Service was very good and the prices are reasonable.

It was a really nice quiet Thursday, came it about 8:30 sat down really quick. Food didn’t take long at all, waitress was so sweet and attentive. Whoever was working kitchen tonight my steak was honestly the best I’ve had in awhile super flavorful, perfect medium rare cook. I regret to say I ate it so fast without thinking I didn’t get pictures lol. 😂 (I really didn’t catch her name so if she sees this you had PERFECT hair those edges were LAID. ❤️)

I just want to give my compliments to the chef who was cooking tonight I order on DoorDash a steak with cilantro lime rice and broccoli and everything was perfectly cooked and the steak was melt in your mouth good will ABSOLUTELY ORDER AGAIN!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I sat at the bar for drinks and dinner with a friend. The bartender, Louis, was fantastic, quick service and checked on availability of my favorite beers, Miss Mary Brown. I can't find it anywhere else. My steak was tasty and cooked just right. Louis also checked on us prediodically to ensure our drinks were full and the food was right. Good place for an evening of being waited on with a smile.

The food was good, not the best I've had. The cheese steaks were amazing! Our server was very kind espically since one of our members was late, she kindly waited for us and when we were ready to order.

My husband and I dined for the first time here on Valentine’s Day and we had an amazing time. The food was great. Steaks were cooked to perfection and our server Amaya was the best. She was attentive and made our date special.
