Craving prime rib near you? Miller’s Ale House serves up a slow-roasted, hand-carved prime rib in generous 12 oz or 16 oz cuts, available exclusively on Thursdays and Sundays while supplies last. It’s perfect for a special dinner, a hearty game‑day meal, or anytime you’re craving bold steakhouse flavor.

Whether you’re meeting friends before kickoff or winding down after an epic win, this dish is a standout.

Prime Rib

What Makes It Worth the Wait

Our prime rib isn’t just any steak, it’s slow-roasted to lock in juices and flavor, then hand-carved on site to ensure every bite stays tender and savory. The hand-cut process means each plate is personal, perfect with rich au jus juices. It’s a steak dinner that feels both indulgent and authentic.

This is the kind of steak that turns a night out into an occasion. And because it’s only available two nights a week, you know it’s something special your taste buds don’t get every day.

Pairings and Game-Day Energy

Make your prime rib dinner a full-on sports bar feast:

  • Start strong with shareable starters like Zingers®, fully loaded cheese fries, or mozzarella sticks.
  • Add a side such as garlic mashed potatoes or a loaded baked potato to complete the steakhouse vibe.
  • Pair with an ice-cold draft beer or signature cocktail to match the energy on our 60 TVs.

Whether it’s March Madness, Sunday Football, or a big rivalry night, Miller’s Ale House brings the flavor and the atmosphere.

at the Davenport location on 27 they offer an array of dishes such as steaks, barbecue, seafood & creative twist on their burgers. The atmosphere is a lively and modern. The restaurant consistently offers delicious specials such as their Monday: $9.99 Zingers (6 count) and $10.99 for 6 wings, plus $7.99 lunch specials. Tuesday: $10.99 Kids Eat Free (with $10 purchase) and $16.99 full rack of Baby Back Ribs. Wednesday: 12-ct Wings for $11.99 or 24-ct for $23.99 (use code WINGWED). Thursday & Sunday: Prime Rib (12oz or 16oz) starting at $22.99, served with one side. Monday - Friday Lunch (Open-4 PM): $7.99-$8.49 specials, including Soup & Salad Duo, Fish & Chips. If we had to choose which is our favorite dish it would be difficult but the Prime Rib sits in and soaks up the an au jus sauce perfectly. The cut was thick tender juicy and cooked exactly to my liking. The ribs were cooked perfectly fall off the bone. They were large and little to no fat. They also were not overly sauced. Zingers were flavored garlic and Parmesan, these were actually better reheated in my oven when we got home. The onion rings were the perfect kind of crispy without the taste of oil. The staff is always friendly and the establishment is always clean. Customers can expect fresh ingredients and usually won't have to wait long for a table.

Thank you to the awesome cook by the name of Moe. I enjoy how he makes my steak and broth very hot, and literally walks out of the kitchen to greet me. Sometimes we all got stuff going on in life, but it meant a lot to me for someone to care about my food and how I felt. That is exceptional service and makes me want to come back every week! Thank you Moe! You are a great chef and human being for all you do to ensure my food is cooked right!

Sports bar combined with casual dining. Great steaks and ribs.
This spot has become one of my consistent comfort places in Apopka. It sits on a location with a bit of a history. A few restaurants have come and gone there over the years, and for whatever reason they did not last. Because of that, I made a personal choice to support this place and show up for its success. Over time, that intention turned into something real for me. Now it is more than just a restaurant. I go there with family, friends, and sometimes just on my own. I can walk in for wing night, steak specials, or honestly any night I just want good food and a familiar environment. When I am by myself, I will sit at the bar with a lemon drop, unwind, gather my thoughts, or just process whatever the day brought me. Some visits are quiet and grounding. Other times I end up in conversation and leave having met new people. Either way, it always gives me what I need in that moment. I have noticed staff come and go over time, and some of my favorites are no longer there, but there is still a core group that remains steady. The newer team members also seem to settle in well and keep the atmosphere welcoming. Overall, it has become one of those places I return to not just for food, but for familiarity, reset, and a sense of ease. 🧚🏼‍♀️Jessica Enid
