I just moved here and wanted to find a place to watch my hometown football game. I went twice so far by myself and both times found people who were genuinely welcoming and included me in the afternoon. I sat at the bar and the bartenders were equally kind.

My sister and I met there (Champion's Gate) for lunch. We were seated promptly and our server came by right away to take our drink order. I wish I remembered his name. Sorry. He was fantastic. We were catching up and he made sure to give us plenty of time while still being attentive. (If it helps, he was tending bar as well). When my sister and I realized we were there on Thursday, we stopped looking at the menu although everything looked really appealing, and went right for the PRIME RIB! Delicious, as usual!
We got there at about 1:30p so not crowded and we never felt either rushed or ignored.
Our waiter/bartender had a great sense of humor... leaning to the sarcastic/smart Alec side which was perfect for us. He'd never set eyes on us before but picked up cues from her and I on how to converse with us. An absolute pleasure to be completely taken care of and carry on a conversation as well. So refreshing to engage with someone that's not afraid to look you in the eye and have a conversation beyond "What would you like?" and "It'll be right out."
Food was terrific. Service was great. Facility was clean and smelled good.
It seems like Miller's Ale House makes a habit of being excellent in their niche. I've experienced their brand in Palm Coast and my sister enjoyed their restaurant in Lakeland (I think).
Highly recommend for great food, casual atmosphere and exceptional service.

Love their prime rib. Every Thursday and Sunday are prime rib specials. Don't forget the zingers. Their beer specials are also very good, and their special drinks are my wife's favs. Try the margarita.
