I had a great experience at Millers Ale House. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Our server, Michael, was outstanding—friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. Had a few bad mistakes tonight during rush hour on 20250427, but they were quickly addressed and my server kept me by informed the entire time. I’ve always been impressed with the service and the food at Millers Ale House. Pleased every time I come in, and somehow even when miscommunication happens Millers and the servers find a way to make the experience 100% enjoyable.

We have been coming here since 2016, well today was one of those bad dining situation. The food was over cooked not getting what you ordered. The only thing that was good was the ice tea. It will be a hot minute before we come back here.

I worked a very long shift so I ordered curbside. I arrived and checked in. After 25 minutes I gave up and went in. I found my food had just been sitting there. The ice in my drinks had melted, my food was cold (fries were so cold I could not eat them) and when I got home I was missing items. I tried to call but no one answered, it was a busy Friday night for them so I understand. I filled out the online review they sent me and the owner emailed me to give him a call. I called several times and he never called back. Why offer curbside if you’re still going to make people come in and pick it up? Why tell me to call of you have no intention of calling back out taking the call when you were there? The food is extremely expensive and the service is subpar.

I had to come here to edit my original review. Barry, the store manager, followed through with us and truly made us feel like her was dirty for what happened. Because of him we will 100% be going back. A store run by this amazing gentleman is worth a hiccup now and then. Plus, no one has chicken fingers like Miller’s. I hope Barry sees this and knows how much we appreciate him.
