My wife and I recently visited Miller's Ale House in Sharpsburg, GA, and I wanted to recognize the exceptional service we received from Jayla. This was our very first visit to any Miller's Ale House. It also happened to be our anniversary and Father's Day weekend. We didn't mention either occasion because we weren't looking for special treatment, free desserts, or extra attention. We simply wanted to enjoy some good food together. Man, did you guys nail it. From the moment she greeted us, Jayla was polite, professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She took our order accurately, made sure every item arrived exactly as requested, and checked on us regularly without ever being intrusive. We ordered the spinach dip with nacho chips, loaded fries, onion rings, a Prime Rib French Dip, a Prime Burger, an Arnold Palmer, and a Coca-Cola. Everything arrived correctly, and Jayla stayed ahead of our needs the entire visit. She proactively brought extra condiments, kept our drinks refreshed, and made sure we had everything we needed before we ever had to ask. What really stood out was her awareness of the customer experience. She wasn't simply taking orders—she was actively creating a great dining experience through communication, anticipation of customer needs, and professional service. She also demonstrated excellent sales skills while never making us feel pressured. As a retired manager in the supply chain industry, I spent many years identifying, developing, and promoting talent. I recognize potential when I see it. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend that management consider Jayla for your management development program. She demonstrates the customer service skills, initiative, professionalism, attention to detail, and leadership qualities that organizations should be looking to develop and promote. Thank you, Jayla, for making our first Miller's Ale House experience memorable. You played a big part in making our anniversary weekend special, even though you didn't know it at the time. We'll definitely be back.

I came for dinner and was sitting at the patio bar, I was so happy they were able to close the windows with how hot it is and the FL rain. The bartender Daniel took care of me and the chicken BLT was great.

Stopped here on our way back home to Texas. After a long day in the car with two dogs, it was great to find a place with a patio and great service! Steve O took great care of us (and the doggos)!

If you’re looking for a place where everyone in your group can find something they like, Miller’s Ale House is a great choice. There are locations all over Florida, and one thing I’ve found is that they’re very consistent. The Boca Raton location delivered exactly what I expected: a huge menu, reasonable prices, and a relaxed atmosphere. The menu has just about everything imaginable—nachos, wings, burgers, seafood, salads, sandwiches, and more. Whether you’re craving comfort food or something a little lighter, you’ll find plenty of options. It’s the kind of place that’s perfect when everyone at the table wants something different. I ordered the house salad with salmon, and it was excellent. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the entire meal came in at under $20. In today’s market, that’s a great value. At many restaurants, adding salmon to a salad can easily push the price over $30. I also tried the French onion soup. It came out a little darker than usual, but that’s because I specifically asked for it well done. That’s exactly how I like it, so no complaints there. As seen in picture The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with outdoor seating available and plenty of cold beer on tap. It’s easy to see why Miller’s Ale House continues to attract a steady crowd—they focus on good food, fair prices, and a comfortable dining experience. Before you leave, don’t skip dessert. Their famous Captain Jack’s Treasure ice cream dessert is absolutely outstanding. If you’re too full after dinner, take a pint home. Trust me—it’s worth it. Bottom Line: Great food, generous portions, fair prices, a huge menu, and a casual atmosphere make Miller’s Ale House a solid choice for lunch, dinner, or watching a game. The Boca Raton location did not disappoint, and if you’ve never been, it’s definitely worth a visit.

New to the area but not new to the Millers Brand. I can not talk enough about the service provided by EHM. He is just one reason I will be back. Restaurant/bar/patio very clean. Food was outstanding. Sabrina, one of the managers… chefs kiss. 15/10 experience!

I always enjoy this place for "pub grub" and it never dissapoints. Great apps and friendly service and many have outdoor seating.

Came here for my Bestie's birthday dinner, and before the food was even on the table, Jeanette became our favorite server and we will ask for her time and time again. Food was phenomenal, service was a chef's kiss, atmosphere was lovely because we sat on the patio and enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful day, upon us. Give Jeanette a raise - like yesterday!

I love Millers Ale House on I drive in Orlando. Service is always good. Im a bar food guy and they have a good / fun selection. The beer is always cold. They also have a full bar. I just feel that management sets the example as everyone is pleasant and attentive. They have both indoor and outdoor dining as well as a bar both in and out. I highly recommend Millers, especially if you are just looking to hang out. Especially with friends.

Walked in a little after 4:00 p.m. on a Monday (6/1/2026). Our server Alex was extremely attentive and very nice to talk to. We dined inside but there were plenty of options out on the patio as well. Enjoyed a zinger mountain melt and zinger mac and cheese with plenty left to take home. The atmosphere was enjoyable and not too loud and plenty of parking in the lot. We look forward to coming back again soon.
