Where can I purchase Miller’s Ale House gift cards?
Miller’s Ale House gift cards are available for purchase at any Miller’s Ale House location (find your nearest restaurant here).
Both traditional gift cards and eGift cards can be purchased from our website.
You can also purchase Miller’s Ale House gift cards at many grocery stores and other retailers. See additional information below for a list of major retailers. Availability may vary by locations; please call ahead to ensure the retailer has Miller’s Ale House gift cards in stock.

Where can I use Miller’s gift cards?
Traditional and eGift cards can be used at Miller’s Ale House restaurants and for online orders placed through our website and mobile app.
How can I check my gift card balance and transaction history?
You may check your available balance in one of the following ways:
- Visit our balance inquiry page and enter your 19-digital gift card and pin number.
- Call our balance inquiry line at 866-630-7162
- Visit a Miller’s Ale House restaurant and ask a Team Member to perform a balance inquiry.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding the transaction history of your gift card, contact us.
How do I use my gift card with online ordering and Miller’s app?
In the payment section, click on New Miller’s Ale House Gift Cards then enter the Card # and Pin.
Do Gift Cards expire?
No. Miller’s Ale House gift cards do not have an expiration date.
How do I replace a lost, stolen or inactive Miller’s Ale House Gift Card?
Our Gift Card are treated like cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you have any questions about an inactive Miller’s Ale House Card, please contact us and include your sales receipt and/or order number, purchasing information and any other pertinent details related to the gift card.
STAR CARD + BONUS CARD QUESTIONS
What is a Star Card and Bonus Card?
Our complimentary Star Cards and Bonus Cards are promotional cards provided to guests through a gift card promotion or by our managers and corporate office.
- Bonus and Star Cards are single-use only and must be presented and relinquished at time of redemption.
- One Star Card or Bonus Card may be redeemed per party, per table. Not valid with any other promotion, coupon or discount.
Where can I use Miller’s Ale House Star Cards and Bonus Cards?
Our Star Cards and Bonus Cards can be used at any Miller’s Ale House restaurant and for online orders placed through our website and mobile app.
To use for online orders through our website and mobile app, please follow the same process as our gift cards. In the payment section, click on New Miller’s Ale House Gift Cards and enter Card # and Pin.
Do Star Cards and Bonus Cards expire?
Yes. Expiration dates are located on both the front of the card as well as within the disclaimer on the back of the card.
- Star Cards are valid only until the expiration date that is printed on the front side of the card.
- Bonus Cards are valid only during the stated promotional time. The cards will automatically be devalued after their promotional expiration date.
EGIFT CARD QUESTIONS
What is an eGift Card?
An eGift Card is an “electronic” Gift Card, as opposed to a traditional plastic Gift Card. eGift Cards can be redeemed at any participating Miller’s Ale House Restaurant. Both traditional Gift Cards & eGift Cards can be purchased from our website.
What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an eGift Card?
On the delivery date you choose, a message is sent to the recipient informing them of your gift, with a link to retrieve the eGift Card online. The link in the email goes to a page showing the eGift Card you created (the design you selected, with recipient’s name, personalized message & email address), its value & code number. This page also gives simple instructions for redeeming the eGift Card.
I’m sending this eGift Card as a gift for someone else. When will it be delivered?
Your eGift Card will be sent via email on the delivery date you choose, with rare exceptions for processing delays. For same-day delivery, most eGift Cards are sent within an hour of the purchase transaction. For future delivery, you will be able to choose the date and time you wish it to be delivered.
How do I print & hand deliver?
When this option is available, a PDF document will be generated that can be printed & hand delivered – & can also serve as a file attachment for a personal email to that special someone. Your order confirmation email will have a link to the PDF.
What if I order an eGift card online & I never receive it?
Please email us at email@example.com and include your order number, contact info & any other pertinent details OR call the Customer Support Center at 844-393-0005. Please keep in mind that these eGift cards & bonus cards can take up to one hour to be delivered.)
What if I order an eGift card online during a special promotion, but do not receive the complimentary eBonus card?
If your purchase aligns with the promotion, you will receive two separate emails. One containing the eGift Card & another containing the eBonus card. We ask that you please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, contact info & any other pertinent details OR call the Customer Support Center at 844-393-0005.
