My wife brother and I, came to dinner at millers ale house, The prime burger was amazing! And my server, Adaisha was the best server ive had in the area! For being a new restaurant Adaisha seemed to have the answers to every question we asked!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and she kept all our drinks filled to the top! She also recommended we try the captain jacks burried treasure for dessert, and what a fantastic recommendation! We will definitely be back, and we will only sit with Adaisha! She made our experience 5 stars!!! Thank you Millers and Thank you Adaisha!!

A friend of mine and I sat at the bar last night, and had a great time! Anna, our bartender, kept the drinks full, was efficient, engaging, and very kind. I have to take a moment to commend the staff on being so professional. While we were there, some inappropriate things were happening at the other bar, and the manager Zachary acted with such a calm, cool, and collected manner. Being in the industry myself, I know how hard it can be to deal with unruly patrons, especially when alcohol is involved, and he acted in such a manner that no other guests experience was sacrificed. Hunter, the bartender at the bar where all of this was happening, knew exactly when to alert management, and did not let anyone else's experience suffer. It's hard to find good employees like that. Miller's Ale House should be proud to have such a good team. They definitely deserve to be recognized and will be the reason I continue to come back. Great work guys, and thanks for such an all around fabulous experience!

Great place!!! The food is amazing especially the French dip! The onion rings r huge!!! The drink selection is outstanding and the prices for drinks aren't bad at all. The staff is super friendly and seemed on top of everything. I highly recommend this place!! I can't wait to go back!

Food and drinks are great! We sat at the bar as it was a 30-40 minute wait for a table. Getting food at the bar is slow. But love all the tvs for watching sports. Nice atmosphere.

This place is great and specially are waiter Jesus he really helped us and took care of us when we needed something whether it was drinks and letting us know when food was coming and yeah. I’d really come here again to eat and specially some good service from Jesus I give this place 5 stars.

Friday night and the place was packed. Still the service and food we're really good. The server's teamed up to make sure you had what you needed. We will definitely be going back.Update Dec 2024 - We have been here many times since my last review. Each time has been good. The most recent time we had a problem with our drinks. The manager, Jonathan, went out of his way to make it right. During the conversation he mentioned that Millar's new management is more focused on customer service. Call me skeptical, I hope that is true...otherwise...at least in the Wilkes-Barre Township store, they have a darn good manager.
